Our partnership with AbleHearts Outpatient Rehabilitation provides a team of professionals who will collaborate with you and your healthcare providers to create a tailored plan to support your recovery journey and achieve your health objectives. Our multi-disciplinary rehab team includes physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech/language therapists to provide expert support for a wide range of specialized needs caused by impairments in strength and mobility, memory, vision or hearing, or following acute episodes, including post-stroke recovery.
