Cyle Pollard, Managing Executive Director, is a certified Assisted Living Administrator with additional certification as a Dementia Care Practitioner through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners, and has extensive experience with the Illinois Supportive Living Program. He is a member of the Alzheimer’s Association Illinois Chapter Office of Joliet, American Caregivers Association, a Volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, and a member of the Chicago Southland Chamber of Commerce Healthcare Committee.
Cyle has led award-winning teams by driving innovation, operational excellence, and strategic collaborations with partners in his surrounding communities. He has demonstrated success by creating a culture of caring that thrives on authenticity, vulnerability, kindness, inclusivity, and transparency and inspires every member of his team to reach their full potential and be mission driven. Cyle believes that focusing on the well-being of his team members in both personal and professional capacities by offering programs to achieve physical, social, and mental well-being drives positive experiences for health care consumers.
He is the recipient of multiple leadership awards including being named most influential leader in 2022 in “Core Values & Ethics Principles”, and his communities have been named “The Best of The Best” by local media organizations.
Sakeena Harris, Director of Nursing Services, is a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse with a extensive experience providing care within Assisted and Supportive Senior Living as well as Memory Care settings.
Sakeena honed her skills in communities around the Chicago area while dedicating herself to the delivery of compassionate and specialized care to her residents.
She is keenly committed to enhancing the quality of life for every individual, especially those with Alzheimer’s and other dementia diagnoses, which is evident in her professional approach and empathetic demeanor. Sakeena’s passion for caring for seniors in this specialized area of nursing makes her a valuable asset to our healthcare team.
